About the Role
As a Solution Engineer specializing in Conversational AI, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer communication processes through the implementation of advanced AI technologies such as voicebots and chatbots. You will work closely with our Solution Consultants to develop tailored solutions for our clients, primarily medium to large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Advise and support clients in optimizing their communication processes using Conversational AI and large language models (LLMs).
- Solution Development: Collaborate with Solution Consultants to create customized solution concepts for clients.
- Project Management: Conduct effort estimations for project implementation and oversee the technical execution post-contract.
- System Integration: Evaluate integration possibilities with third-party systems (e.g., CRM & ERP systems) and implement connections via Web APIs/Webservices (e.g., REST, SOAP).
- Technical Onboarding: Deliver solutions to clients, manage technical onboarding, and support the hyper-care phase post-go-live.
Required Skills and Experience
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, with at least four years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript (TypeScript).
- Extensive experience in chatbot development and software/solution consulting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical, structured approach to tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all management levels.
- Fluency in both German and English.
