SentinelOne is seeking a passionate Staff Frontend Engineer to join our team and work on the Gravity Design System. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about developer and user experience, as well as reusability.

About the Role

As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining UI components from API proposal to actual implementation. You will work closely with UX designers and frontend engineers to ensure the design system is scalable, clear, and easy to use. Your focus will be on accessibility, ensuring that all components meet high standards of usability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain UI components and tools used by all UI developers at SentinelOne.
Create and maintain component API documentation using Storybook.
Collaborate with the UX and engineering teams to build components that adhere to SentinelOne's engineering standards.
Provide constructive feedback in code and design reviews to foster continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

Multiple years of experience in frontend development.
At least 3 years of experience working with React.
Expertise in creating and managing reusable, scalable, and well-documented design systems.
Strong understanding of accessibility principles and experience with tools like Axe and screen readers.
Ability to collaborate closely with UX and PMs to break down complex concepts and suggest implementation roadmaps.
Solid understanding of UX and UI principles.
