Join Our Team as a Staff Frontend Engineer
Are you passionate about building complex UI components and optimizing web application performance? Wrike is looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to join our internal team in Prague. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the technical foundation and product architecture of our platform, making impactful decisions that enhance the Wrike product.
About the Role
As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on developing core product features and components. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and improving weak points in our product's performance.
- Developing and enhancing core product features, such as table components.
- Improving the developer experience by providing useful APIs and building blocks for product features.
- Working in a classic Scrum environment within an independent team of 5-8 members.
Our Technology Stack
- Frontend Frameworks: React + TypeScript, Angular + Dart (for legacy features)
- Tools: Webpack, ESLint, PostCSS, Micro Frontends
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Experience in building complex UI components and optimizing web application performance.
- Experience in designing micro frontend-based applications.
- A degree in computer science or a related field.
Stand Out With
- Experience in building web application architecture with React.
- Knowledge of WebSocket, Progressive loading, and Real-Time Updates.
- Experience with ESLint and PostCSS.
- A team player attitude and strong communication skills.
- Leadership skills and a desire to mentor less experienced developers.
