Wrike is seeking a highly skilled Staff Frontend Engineer to join our Product Architecture team in Prague. This role is pivotal in developing and evolving our technical foundation, client architecture, and development tools. As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will have the opportunity to make significant decisions that will impact the Wrike product and contribute to the developer experience.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Identify and improve weak points in our applications to enhance performance.
Develop and improve core product features, including routing, micro-frontends, and communication protocols.
Enhance the developer experience by building tools and linters to support our development team.
Implement product monitoring through code metrics and error tracking to ensure high-quality products.
Work in a classic Scrum environment within an independent team of 8-10 members.

Our Technology Stack

Frontend Frameworks: React + Typescript, Angular + Dart for legacy features
Build Tools: Webpack, ESLint, PostCSS
Architecture: Microfrontends

What We Are Looking For

6+ years of relevant experience in web development.
Expertise in optimizing web application performance.
Experience in designing microfrontend-based applications.
Proficiency in React, Webpack, and Redux.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Stand Out With

Experience in building web application architecture with React.
Skills in building complex components like Dashboards and Table Views.
Experience with WebSocket, Progressive loading, and Real-Time Updates.
A team player attitude and strong communication skills.
Leadership skills and a desire to mentor less experienced developers.
