AI Engineer Advisor
About the Role
Join our Digital Technologies division within the AI & Advanced Analytics department as an AI Engineer Advisor. You will be part of our proprietary LLM factory, including the EngGPT language model, based in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop AI Solutions: Create scalable AI solutions and optimize machine learning algorithms and models.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire AI project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Data Pipeline Implementation: Develop efficient data pipelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Data Science team to industrialize models.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and Apache Spark.
- Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps practices.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of deep learning frameworks and NLP, such as PyTorch and Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with Cloudera, Databricks, and the Ray framework for distributed computing.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of generative models and LLM.
- Experience with frameworks and best practices for serving LLM in production (e.g., vLLM, LLMOps, Pachyderm).
