About the Role
Microsoft is seeking a passionate Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Azure AI and Machine Learning. This role is pivotal in driving our customers' transformation on Microsoft Azure. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will own the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Centricity: Understand customers’ overall data estate, business, and IT priorities to design Data & Analytics solutions that drive business value.
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor. Ensure solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
- Business Impact: Convey the business need and value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Technical Leadership: Build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
- Accelerate Customer Outcomes: Share expertise, contribute to IP creation & re-use to accelerate customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, with a specific focus on AI & ML technologies.
- Proficiency in development languages such as Python, R, Java.
- Knowledge in AI Orchestrator frameworks like Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel.
- Ability to deliver architecture design, MVP upskilling workshops.
