About the Role
As a Senior ML Engineer at the Generative AI Innovation Center within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will be at the forefront of transforming how businesses leverage generative AI. This role involves partnering with technology and business teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences using generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ML scientists and engineers to research, design, and develop cutting-edge generative AI algorithms to address real-world challenges.
- Work across customer engagement to understand adoption patterns for generative AI and rapidly share them across teams and leadership.
- Interact with customers directly to understand their business problems, assist in the implementation of generative AI solutions, and deliver briefing and deep dive sessions.
- Create and deliver reusable technical assets that help to accelerate the adoption of generative AI on the AWS platform.
- Provide customer and market feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to help define product direction.

The Generative AI Innovation Center is a cross-functional team that pairs you with AWS science and strategy experts. The team focuses on imagining new applications of generative AI, identifying new use cases based on business value, and integrating generative AI into existing applications and workflows.
