Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Framework Engineer to help spearhead the development of an innovative AI framework tailored for distributed and dynamic computing environments. As a key member of our team, you will work to design, implement, and optimize this framework, enabling seamless integration of AI algorithms and models across infrastructure managed by our platform.

Responsibilities

Build, document, optimize, and maintain AI framework related software packages to enable successful training and deployment of models and algorithms across dynamic heterogeneous infrastructure.
Design and implement testing frameworks and methodologies via CI/CD to ensure framework reliability.
Collaborate closely with research, engineering, and product teams to understand requirements, define technical specifications, and prioritize framework features/attributes.
Stay updated on the latest developments in machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and technologies.

Requirements and Skills

Strong Python and C++ (or Rust) programming skills.
Experience optimizing AI inference and training algorithms in the context of hardware accelerators (Apple Silicon, GPU, TPU, etc.).
Deep understanding of AI algorithm architectures, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and their integration into distributed environments.
Experience building, training, and deploying AI models to production environments.
Understanding of common federated learning patterns and approaches.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges related to distributed systems, performance optimization, and resource management.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deployment and orchestration.
