Job Overview
As a Senior Specialist in GenAI Frameworks at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a pivotal role in defining the future of Go to Market (GTM) strategies related to generative AI. This position involves deep engagement with third-party model owners and internal service teams to influence product direction and enhance customer engagement through innovative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the industry’s leading cloud-based solutions to expand the GenAI business.
- Collaborate with field teams and third-party model providers to enable new capabilities for customers in developing and deploying GenAI workloads on AWS.
- Build opportunity pipelines and work with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts (POC).
- Create training content for field teams and drive thought leadership in the GenAI space.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience with customer development projects.
- Ability to lead and drive engagements with startups and large enterprises.
- Expertise in GenAI and key ML use cases.
- Technical depth to articulate benefits of AWS’s GenAI-related services to data scientists and C-level executives.
- Passion for market development and evangelism.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in responding to proposals, developing strategies, and managing cross-functional programs.
- Experience in pre-sales engineering, technical business development, or program/product management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- 6+ years of experience in similar roles.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $133,200 to $220,200 based on geographic market and experience.
