About the Role

As an AI Software Engineer at Deliverect, you will be at the forefront of innovation in the SaaS technology space. Your primary focus will be on leveraging advanced AI technologies to conduct quick experiments and build proof-of-concepts that drive innovation in our software offerings. You will play a strategic role in shaping the trajectory of our team and department, making decisions that positively influence our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Experimental Development: Design and implement experiments to identify opportunities for optimizing and improving our SaaS product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align experimental goals with business objectives.
• Proof-of-Concept Implementation: Lead the development of proof-of-concepts, working closely with product managers and fellow engineers. Build prototypes and conduct thorough testing to validate the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns, guiding the development of robust solutions. Apply statistical methods to evaluate the success of experiments and iterate on models for continuous improvement.
• Technology Assessment: Stay informed about the latest advancements in relevant technologies and assess their applicability to our SaaS product. Conduct research on emerging tools and frameworks, making recommendations for integration.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate experimental solutions seamlessly into the overall product architecture. Participate in agile development processes, providing technical expertise in experimental solution development.
• Documentation: Document experiment methodologies, coding practices, and solution implementations. Create technical documentation for proof-of-concepts, including clear specifications and integration guidelines.

Your Expertise

• Experience: 2+ years of experience working within AI or ML engineering with experience in GenAI.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Javascript, with experience in relevant frameworks. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Experimentation Experience: Hands-on experience in designing and executing experiments to solve complex problems.
• Problem-solving Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and design effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment. Ability to help the team to quickly adopt AI technologies.
