About The Role

As an AI Software Engineer at Mad Mobile, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance retail and restaurant experiences. You will take ownership of designing, implementing, and maintaining AI solutions that drive business insights and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Implement AI Solutions: Develop and implement machine learning algorithms, models, and systems to drive business insights and improve customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and systems.
• Develop AI Models: Create AI models for demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously evaluate and incorporate new AI technologies and methodologies.
• Document and Train: Document AI processes and models, and provide training and support to team members on leveraging AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
