Join Our Team as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Madbox, a leading mobile gaming company, is seeking a talented Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic Data team in Barcelona. With over 300 million players worldwide, we are committed to creating and publishing innovative games that captivate audiences. We are looking for individuals with a passion for data science and machine learning to help us optimize our production and growth operations.
Your Role
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will:
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Maintain close communication and transparency with project stakeholders to clearly explain your solutions.
- Develop Roadmaps: Create and follow up on project roadmaps, ensuring continuous syncing and addressing issues as they arise.
- Implement Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-end, scalable, cost-optimized solutions with high performance.
- Build Prediction Models: Develop models to predict player behavior and monetization.
- Monitor and Improve Algorithms: Proactively propose ways to improve the accuracy and reliability of algorithms and models.
- Integrate ML Ops Practices: Standardize and monitor ML implementations in production to ensure high availability.
- Enhance Player Experience: Enable game teams to improve player experiences using new ML models.
- Manage Tasks Efficiently: Handle parallel tasks efficiently, staying on top of weekly work plans.
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates with:
- A Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience implementing ML models at scale.
- Experience with Big Data systems architecture and pipelines.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms and their Data/ML services, preferably GCP.
- Advanced skills in Python and SQL, including ML-related libraries.
- Experience integrating Bayesian models in production systems.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
