Deeplocal is seeking a Creative Technology Intern who is inventive, creative, and technical to join our team for the summer of 2025. This dynamic internship sits at the intersection of art and technology, offering a unique opportunity to push the boundaries of interactive experiences for some of the world’s top brands.
About the Role
As a Creative Technology Intern, you will:
- Support the development of prototypes, experience-supporting systems, and interactive exhibits. This includes working on projects ranging from full-stack web applications to machine vision applications and choreographing robotic motions.
- Collaborate with project technical team leads to define, explore, and test technical approaches and solutions for integrated projects.
- Deliver flexible code that is adaptable to changing requirements.
Desired Skills
- Strong software skills, particularly in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js.
- Experience with creative development platforms such as Unity, Unreal, or TouchDesigner is a plus.
- Familiarity with integrating software with hardware components, including microcontrollers, sensors, and lighting systems.
- Experience working with APIs is preferred.
- Python programming experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative, problem-solving mindset.
