Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps enablement team. This role involves managing our processes and infrastructure, maintaining existing tools, and developing new ones to support our environment. You will be responsible for the process flow to build product code and maintain the infrastructure involved in this process, including systems and services (both third-party and home-grown).
The ideal candidate will have the coding skills to maintain existing tools written in various languages, with a strategic focus on Python for future projects. You will also be familiar with the day-to-day operations of running these tools in Redhat and Openshift/Kubernetes environments, ensuring the processes support our application development team effectively.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in DevOps
- Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Python, GitHub, and Kubernetes
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience with Tekton/IBM Toolchain based pipelines
- Knowledge of Sonarqube, Artifactory
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, Ansible
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
