Riverty is excited to offer a dual study program in Business Informatics in collaboration with FH Bielefeld, starting on August 1, 2025, at our Verl location. This program is designed for individuals passionate about IT and eager to gain hands-on experience in a leading FinTech company.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: Earn a monthly salary of €1,150 in the first year, €1,250 in the second year, and €1,350 in the third year.
Comprehensive Learning: Gain deep insights into the operations of an international FinTech company. You'll be involved in designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining both new and existing software.
Technology Stack: Work with a diverse set of technologies including Java, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, IntelliJ Idea, and Eclipse.
Personal Development: Explore various areas such as object-oriented frontend and backend programming, databases, or project management to discover your strengths and grow beyond your limits.
Theory and Practice: While actively participating in various IT teams, you'll also learn the theoretical foundations of informatics at FH Bielefeld.
Regular Interaction: Participate in weekly meetings with other trainees and your training supervisor to ensure continuous learning and development.
Exciting Projects: Engage in voluntary projects like supporting our Instagram project group (@riverty.ausbildung).

What You Bring

Educational Background: (Fach-)Hochschulreife or Abitur with good to very good grades in Informatics and Mathematics.
Passion for IT: A strong interest in IT topics and some initial programming experience.
Proactive Attitude: Ability to quickly and independently apply what you've learned and take on responsibility.
Open and Reliable: Willingness to try new things and think outside the box.
Language Skills: Excellent German skills in both spoken and written form, along with basic English skills.
