About the Role:
We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of LLM application development. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge projects involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agents, and more. You will contribute to our open-source frameworks and help develop our enterprise platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, agent architectures, and other LLM-powered systems
- Contribute to our open-source Python and Typescript frameworks
- Collaborate with the product team to scope and implement new AI/LLM-powered features
- Help shape the technical direction and best practices for LLM application development
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and incorporate state-of-the-art techniques
Qualifications:
- Significant contributions to top open-source AI/ML projects
- Proven track record of executing with high intensity and delivering results
- Competitive programming or olympiad awards demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills
- Experience leading ML stack development at fast-growing startups
- Portfolio of impressive AI projects or applications
- Strong understanding of NLP, ML, and LLM fundamentals
