Join Our Team as a Founding Engineer
We are seeking a passionate Founding Engineer with significant experience in AI/ML and LLM to join our team and help build the co-pilot for chip designers. This is an exciting opportunity to transform the way chips are built across the industry.
Who You Are
You are enthusiastic about developing innovative solutions for chip design and have a strong background in AI/ML and LLM. You will leverage your expertise to create key features that make chip building faster, easier, and more intuitive. You will also collaborate directly with our world-class customers to iterate on our product based on user feedback.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing AI models and infrastructure for 10+ chip/IP customers.
- Making architectural decisions for key product features.
- Translating user feedback into product updates and features.
- Participating in planning the core product roadmap and strategy with the founders.
Minimum Requirements
- Highly skilled in Python, C++, and PyTorch/torch.
- Strong understanding of traditional ML models, LLMs, foundation models, and agents.
- Experience in building ML pipelines and fine-tuning LLMs/foundation models.
- Passionate about applying AI/ML techniques to chip design.
- Ability to ship high-quality code quickly.
- Resilient, data-driven, and works from first principles.
Ideal Requirements
- Experience in shipping products using LLMs, foundation models, and/or agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with AWS SageMaker.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience with AI/ML-driven chip EDA software tooling (open-source or commercial).
- Experience in designing chips (open-source or commercial designs).

Location
