About This Role
As a Senior AI Engineer at Writer, you will be integral in developing and deploying advanced language models and AI-driven applications. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, data scientists, and AI experts to enhance our AI capabilities and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evolve software architecture for AI-powered products.
- Evaluate and deploy LLM-based applications, ensuring their performance and scalability.
- Integrate AI capabilities into production systems, maintaining efficiency.
- Stay updated with AI and ML research to enhance our AI solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust AI systems, focusing on scalability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with large-scale models and ML lifecycle tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
- Knowledge in RAG implementation and improvements.
