Join Our Team as a Backend Developer
As a Backend Developer (w/m/d) at Hrmony, you will be an integral part of our product development team, working collaboratively with your fellow developers to continuously enhance our products. You will work in interdisciplinary teams to develop new features alongside our domain experts. Our work is closely aligned with user needs, and you will always keep these at the forefront of your focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Feature Implementation: Develop features for our B2B SaaS products.
- Team Collaboration: Work in interdisciplinary teams, including participating in event modeling sessions.
- Rapid Feature Development: Utilize a low-code DDD framework based on AWS CDK for fast-paced feature development.
- TypeScript Development: Work extensively with TypeScript.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and efficiency of our solutions through regular reviews and constructive feedback.
About You
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer.
- Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of TypeScript and interest in Domain Driven Design (DDD). Experience with event sourcing is a plus but not required.
- Team Player: Strong team skills and willingness to collaborate constructively.
- Feedback-Oriented: Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Learning Mindset: High willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong awareness of collective goals and a "we before me" attitude.
