Job Overview
Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Full-Stack Developer for a contract position with a leading client in the healthcare and retail pharmacy industry. This role is primarily remote and offers a competitive hourly rate along with access to healthcare and dental insurance plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Web Applications: Utilize authoring or scripting languages, content creation, and management tools to design, build, or maintain websites and web applications.
- Troubleshoot and Optimize: Identify and address issues found during testing or customer feedback by fixing bugs or other problems.
- Code Evaluation: Ensure that code is valid, meets industry standards, and is compatible with various devices and operating systems.
- Project Support: Support the coupon hub and weekly webpage projects, focusing on dynamic or frequently updated websites.
- Content Management: Direct the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of web content.
- Ongoing Support: Maintain ongoing support and enhancement of existing projects.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in coding and development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, React for front-end, and Node.js for back-end. Familiarity with Adobe, Java, SQL, and experience with back-end databases and other design tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, ability to work independently, and manage time effectively.
- Design Knowledge: Understanding of design techniques, principles, and the production of drawings and models.
