About the Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer at our partner company, you will be responsible for building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth. You will develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements. Additionally, you will participate in new projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring application performance, uptime, and scale while maintaining high standards for code quality and application design.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
- Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for scale.
- Work primarily with AWS cloud resources utilizing React, JavaScript, and Python.
- Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs.
- Collaborate across time zones via MS Teams, Git comments, documents, and frequent videoconferences.
Required Skills
- At least five years of experience in building large-scale software applications.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain basic security clearance.
- Experience in building web applications.
- Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of React, JavaScript, and Python.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code and distributed service development.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, cloud architectural patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, Code Commit.
- Strong database knowledge including SQL, NoSQL, Postgresql, DynamoDB.
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
- Experience in unit/integration testing.
