About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our growth team within the marketing department at Infloww. This unique role focuses on implementing strategies to drive key growth metrics such as signups, activation, and retention. You will work closely with Growth Marketers to maximize user acquisition and engagement through various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Design and execute experiments to test growth hypotheses and evaluate their success.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and measure the impact of implemented strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, revenue, and design, to develop and optimize growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain tracking architecture and events to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.
- Integrate and manage third-party marketing tools and platforms.
- Optimize marketing site SEO, build landing pages, and enhance signup funnels to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Growth mindset with an interest in overall business metrics and a drive to find impactful growth solutions.
- Experimental approach with the ability to develop, test, and evaluate multiple solutions for growth.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills to inform and evaluate experiments.
- Proven experience in full stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience in implementing tracking architecture and tracking events.
- Knowledge of Segment or other Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) implementation is highly desirable.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Previous experience in implementing marketing tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing is valuable.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React/NextJs preferred) and related tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English speaker.
