Key Responsibilities

Lead Frontend Architecture: Design and develop scalable frontend architectures using React.js.
Cross-Device Functionality: Ensure seamless functionality across devices, use cases, and domains.
Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers to optimize frontend component integration.
Best Practices: Drive best practices in frontend development, focusing on code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
User Interface Design: Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends.

Requirements

Experience: At least 4 years as a professional Frontend Engineer, with a strong focus on scalability and performance.
Expertise: Deep expertise in React.js and modern frontend development tools and practices.
Track Record: Proven track record of delivering frontend solutions that work seamlessly across devices and domains.
Design Skills: Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
