Role Overview
We are expanding our Development Team and seeking a talented individual to collaborate in our Product and Platform Development by improving existing functionalities and implementing new ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve User Experience: Enhance our web applications to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with product teams to drive business growth through Conversion Rate Optimization (A/B Testing) using a data-driven approach.
- Component-Driven Development: Use Component-Driven Development (CDD) to create new applications or migrate existing ones.
- Site Reliability Engineering: Apply a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset to optimize application performance.
- System Reliability: Implement market standard observability techniques to fine-tune and enhance system reliability.
- Innovative Contributions: Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our applications through hands-on, impactful contributions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Strong understanding of web technologies.
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with PHP and design systems.
- Basic knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, or similar.
- Experience with DevOps or SRE practices.
- Proficiency in any SQL database.
- Exposure to Kubernetes.
Work Environment
- Hybrid Work Model: We believe in the power of in-person human interaction, but we also value the comfort of our home, so we split our time to make the most out of both. Currently, on Mondays and Fridays, we work from home.
- Language: We use English and Spanish on a daily basis. Since we are a multicultural international company, our common language is English, therefore you must speak it. But, when everyone in an isolated conversation speaks Spanish, naturalmente cambiamos.
