Join Our Team as a Senior FrontEnd Developer

Are you a talented and motivated frontend developer with a passion for creating high-performance websites? Manychat is looking for a Senior FrontEnd Developer to join our marketing development team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for developing modern, high-performance websites and integrating them with external APIs using ReactJS and NextJS.

What You'll Do

• Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Utilize ReactJS and NextJS to build and maintain web applications that are both functional and visually appealing.
• API Integration: Integrate websites with external APIs to ensure seamless interaction with various services.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize performance and page load speed to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers and backend developers to ensure consistency and functionality across projects.
• Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, and participate in project architecture discussions to propose new solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of experience working with ReactJS and NextJS.
• Frontend Development Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• API Development: Experience in developing integrations using RESTful and/or GraphQL API.
• Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of build and dependency management tools like Webpack, npm, and Yarn.
• Version Control: Ability to work with version control systems such as Git.
• Responsive Design: Understanding of responsive and cross-browser layout principles.
• English Proficiency: Ability to read technical documentation and communicate effectively in English.

Additional Skills That Would Be Great

• TypeScript: Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• Testing Frameworks: Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest and Testing Library.
• CMS Experience: Experience with content management systems.
• UI/UX Design: Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team.
