Role Overview
As a Full-stack Engineer at CallidusAI, you will be a key player in building and scaling our innovative product. This is not a managerial position; you will be hands-on, coding daily under the guidance of our CTO/CEO. This role is ideal for those who are fully committed, akin to a startup founder, and are ready to take substantial ownership of the product development.
Responsibilities
- Develop both front-end and back-end components of our platform using Python and React.js.
- Manage DevOps on Azure, ensuring seamless deployment and operation.
- Collaborate closely with the team to integrate LLMs like GPT-4 into our solutions.
- Participate in daily standups and be proactive in collaborative problem-solving sessions.
- Engage in hackathons and other deadline-driven challenges as needed.
Requirements
- Proficient in full-stack development with Python and React.js.
- Experienced in Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work U.S. hours and exceed the typical 9-to-5 as needed.
