About The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic engineer for a senior leadership position. As a key member of the founding team, the successful candidate will spearhead the development and management of the technology infrastructure, oversee the creation of the MVP, and play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap in close collaboration with the CEO. While we embrace remote work, candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area or Austin, TX, are preferred for the initial phase.
About You
You bring 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity. You have a passion for solving complex challenges and a track record of delivering innovative solutions. Your expertise spans full-stack engineering, agile development methodologies, and the ability to assess and communicate trade-offs effectively, ensuring optimal functionality, resource allocation, and speed.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of end-to-end solutions. Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and the CEO to define and refine the product roadmap. Mentor and guide fellow engineers and create a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team. Manage project requirements, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution.
