About the Role
As a Founding Engineer at our early-stage Conversational AI startup, you will have the unique opportunity to build and scale a category-defining product for AI customer support in large enterprises and high-growth startups. You will work closely with the founders to create generative AI agents for customer service and beyond, pushing the boundaries with cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale AI-driven customer support products.
- Collaborate with founders to develop innovative AI solutions.
- Enhance product capabilities using advanced AI technologies like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP tools.
- Operate autonomously in a highly dynamic environment, taking full ownership of product development and scaling efforts.
What You'll Need
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering, particularly in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Strong product sense and the ability to work independently with high ownership.
- Proven track record in growing and scaling the codebase of high-growth startups.
