Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Former Founder who is passionate about creating great things with a team of dedicated colleagues. You should be someone who owns outcomes, not just inputs, and is motivated by responsibility and accountability. You are curious about new technologies and have a track record of improving processes, even in areas adjacent to your role.
Many of our team members are former founders who thrive in the autonomy we offer. If you have a background in Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, or Marketing, we can define a role around your strengths.
Responsibilities
- Onboard in person with your manager at our NY or SF Hub.
- Build a trusting relationship with peers and learn the company structure.
- Ship a substantial new feature to an end user within your first week.
- Build your first Roboflow computer vision product.
Who You'll Work With
Our team of ~50 includes executives who wanted to return to building, founders with a $100M+ exit, Roboflow users turned team members, open source contributors, and many other exceptional individuals.
Where You'll Work
Roboflow is distributed across the US and Europe, with Hubs in New York City and San Francisco. We offer a $4000/yr travel stipend to work in person with other team members as much as you'd like, while also supporting remote work.
When You'll Work
We operate primarily during US daytime hours with some synchronous meetings each week. We offer a flexible schedule to work collaboratively and asynchronously as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 - $150,000 per year
- Benefits:
- $4000/yr Travel Stipend
- $350/mo Productivity stipend
- Up to 100% health insurance coverage for you and your family
