sennder, Europe’s leading digital freight forwarder, is seeking a talented Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering department. This role is pivotal in our mission to revolutionize road freight logistics through digitalization and automation. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be part of a team that is at the forefront of transforming traditional logistics processes into a seamless, efficient, and sustainable operation.
About the Role
As a Fullstack Engineer with a focus on front-end development, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that enhance the efficiency and performance of our internal operations. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to build new frontend applications and backend services. Our tech stack includes VueJS, TypeScript, Python, AWS, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop: Create innovative solutions for our internal operators to improve their workflow and efficiency.
- Build and Implement: Develop new frontend applications and backend services using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaboration: Engage in customer journeys, discovery, prioritization, and planning of our product.
- Mentorship: Grow into a role where you can mentor other engineers and share your expertise.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in front-end development using modern frameworks, preferably Vue, and technologies like TypeScript and micro-frontends.
- Testing: Experience with unit and integration tests; familiarity with Jest, Vitest, or similar frameworks.
- Backend Skills: Proficiency in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Agile Environment: Experience working in agile teams focused on customer impact.
- Additional Skills: Experience with Terraform, Kafka, and Datadog is advantageous.
