Skills and Responsibilities
At Buena, we expect all developers to be able to ship a project from start to finish and own processes. This requires more than just raw programming skills. You must also:
- Have a strong understanding of the product
- Communicate directly with tenants and owners to find the optimal solution
- Collaborate with designers to find solutions or even create design solutions yourself
- Proactively support various projects and communicate with all other team members
- Perform your own quality assurance
- Maintain high standards for all our product releases
What You Bring
- Responsibility for releases from ideation to live product
- Product orientation
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript and experience with React & Node
- Willingness to simplify things to move faster
- Hunger for the startup environment
- Native-level German and fluent English skills
