About the Role
Join Hubject as an Intermediate Fullstack Software Developer in our Plug & Charge team, where you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining microservices and cloud infrastructure to empower Plug & Charge systems. This position is ideal for someone passionate about software development and eMobility solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend code primarily in Java using the Spring Boot Framework.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Design, write, test, deploy, and maintain highly scalable, testable solutions.
- Analyze requirements, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot new and existing software applications.
- Work as part of a team and independently, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Engage in learning, sharing experiences, and mentoring newcomers.
- Take on additional tasks within the team based on experience level and seniority.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
- Development experience with essential programming languages/frameworks such as Java and Spring Boot.
- Understanding of Microservice-based architecture is essential; experience deploying services to a Kubernetes cluster is desirable.
- Experience with REST API design is essential.
- AWS Cloud / DevOps experience is desirable.
- Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform is desirable.
- Experience with IT security and PKIs is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
