Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
- Design, build, and maintain web applications using Django.
- Implement and fine-tune language models and machine learning algorithms.
- Containerize applications using Docker for consistent and scalable deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.
- Lead and manage small-scale AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Document technical processes and provide support for deployed applications.
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corporation to achieve common goals.
Education & Experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent degree.
- Proven experience in Python programming and web development using Django.
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Knowledge of language models, machine learning algorithms, and AI systems.
Skills
- Expert proficiency in Python programming.
