About the Role
Cohere is seeking a Senior Data Annotator/AI Data Trainer with a focus on coding to join our team. This role is crucial in enhancing the performance of our Large Language Models (LLMs) by improving data quality through annotation, ranking, auditing, and correction of machine learning data, particularly code-related content.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Annotation: Label, rank, audit, and correct machine learning data with a focus on code-related content.
- Task Completion: Efficiently complete reading or coding-based tasks, ensuring adherence to our style guide.
- Optimization: Recommend optimization opportunities and provide feedback to cross-functional team members.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain close attention to detail while performing repetitive and precise tasks.
Qualifications
- Subject Matter Expertise: Strong background in software engineering, with both academic and practical experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent reading and writing skills, with a commitment to accuracy and detail.
- Independence: Ability to follow complex instructions, navigate ambiguity, and work independently.
- Time Management: Superb sense of urgency and time management.
- Technical Requirements: A reliable laptop to work from.

Additional Information
