Why this role?
As a Member of Technical Staff, you will be at the forefront of AI and ML, designing and implementing novel research ideas and shipping state-of-the-art models to production. You will have access to one of the highest ratios of compute to engineers in the world, working in an environment that blurs the lines between engineering and research.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale AI systems for serving our users.
- Research, implement, and experiment with ideas on our supercompute and data infrastructure.
- Learn from and work with the best researchers in the field.
Who you are
- Extremely strong software engineering skills.
- Proficiency in Python and related ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, TF-Serving, JAX, and XLA/MLIR.
- Experience writing kernels for GPUs using CUDA.
- Experience training on TPUs.
- Experience using large-scale distributed training strategies.
- Familiarity with autoregressive sequence models, such as Transformers.
