Themis is seeking a talented Lead Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our frontend team, you will play a crucial role in bringing our vision of accessible governance to life. We are transforming traditional workflows into intuitive software solutions that help organizations adhere to governance requirements and regulations.
What You'll Do
- Architect and Develop: You will be responsible for architecting our customer-facing portal, used by some of the largest fintech and financial companies globally. Your work will involve designing sustainable React solutions based on constant customer feedback.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers, to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Innovate: Bring your creativity to the table to solve complex problems and improve our product continuously.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong background in building responsive and clean user experiences using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Detail-Oriented: You write clean, maintainable code and document it well, anticipating that others will review your work.
- Proactive: You can move fast, make quick decisions, and handle unexpected user behaviors gracefully.
- Collaborative: You have a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and SQL databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and building SaaS platforms.
- Start-up experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
