About the Role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Qonto, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the web applications that serve the business needs of our 500,000 customers. You will be part of a dynamic guild of 65 engineers dedicated to shaping the financial app that aims to serve one million SMEs by 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is expanding its Frontend guild to deliver new features at an even greater speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft New Features: Develop new features for our customers within a cross-functional team.
- Code Migration: Participate in a unique project to migrate 1.1 million lines of code from Ember.js to React.js.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and other Tech stacks to suggest and spearhead improvements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all written technical documents are reviewed and challenged by peers before implementation, aiming for "Right First Time" delivery.
- Developer Experience: Contribute to improving the team’s tools and processes, enhancing the developer experience for all peers.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in Frontend Engineering: At least three years of professional experience using an open-source JavaScript framework, as well as HTML and CSS.

- Communication Skills: The ability to explain your thoughts in a clear, organized, concise, and accurate manner.
