Our mission is to streamline the process, proof, and payment of electrification rebates and financing, simplifying the complex world of incentive programs for our customers.
The Role
As a Lead Full-stack Engineer at Rock Rabbit, you will be integral to our founding team, developing a building decarbonization management platform. Our software heavily focuses on data modeling and external integrations, built with a service-oriented architecture in mind.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team in developing efficient, high-quality, maintainable, scalable, and reliable code.
- Manage key responsibilities within the agile software development project lifecycle, including project management, scoping, planning, and risk management.
- Collaborate with SMEs, product, and design teams to translate end-user requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Lead technical design and development of our SaaS platform.
- Build and maintain APIs, services, and systems across our platform.
- Ensure code quality through reviews and uphold high standards.
About You
- Proven experience as a technical lead, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and frontend development with frameworks like React.
- Understanding of design principles for scalable applications.
- Proficiency in data modeling and building external integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
