About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer at Solv, you will play a critical role in developing our platform, which directly impacts how people interact with their healthcare providers. You will work in a high-growth environment, collaborating with a diverse team to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Development: Dive in from day one, leveraging and deepening your skills in React and Python to build our platform.
- Technical Leadership: Set and deliver on technical decisions that shape our product iterations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a highly collaborative team, learning from and mentoring peers from various backgrounds.
- Customer Experience: Continuously improve our customers’ experience in partnership with our product and customer success teams.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 5+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining React applications and corresponding backend frameworks.
- Backend Skills: Strong backend experience is essential, with Python being a plus.
- Web Development: Experience in creating and maintaining organized, responsive web development in a production environment.
- Design Focus: Ability to drive simple design and implementation with a focus on end-user behavior.
- Agile Environment: Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment, taking initiative, and shipping products.
- Self-Starter: Eager to jump into new environments and learn through experience.
