About the Role
Modus Create is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. This role involves building and maintaining web applications using React.js and NextJS for the front-end and Python with AWS Lambda for the backend. You will be responsible for creating REST APIs and working with AWS Serverless services like API Gateway.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React.js and Python.
- Build and deploy REST APIs using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
- Work with Infrastructure as Code tools like Cloud Formation and Terraform to manage cloud resources.
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate product specifications into functional, production-ready code.
- Ship code daily that will be used by customers globally.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality.
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in full-stack development, particularly with React.js and Python.
- Experience with AWS services, especially Lambda and API Gateway.
- Proficiency in building and consuming APIs.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Cloud Formation and Terraform is highly desirable.
- Ability to work remotely with a global team and overlap with EST business hours.
