Overview
Kits.AI, an industry-leading AI audio platform for music creators, is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Researcher to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in driving groundbreaking advancements in generative audio technologies.
What You Will Do
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead strategy and cutting-edge research and development in generative audio. Identify and integrate new technologies and techniques to enhance the quality and speed of our core speech-to-speech architecture.
- Innovate and Implement: Explore and implement state-of-the-art technologies to enhance existing products and explore new audio capabilities including AI mastering, mixing, stem separation, and noise detection and removal.
- Team Leadership: Lead the growth and development of the ML Research team, working directly with the CEO & CTO to guide the future of the product.
Who You Are
- Experienced Leader: You bring 4+ years of experience leading impactful ML research for speech synthesis, speech-to-speech, TTS, voice conversion, or related speech/audio domains.
- Skilled in Advanced Technologies: You have extensive hands-on expertise with state-of-the-art models & techniques for speech and audio synthesis such as VITS, self-supervised models like ContentVec/Hubert, etc.
- Effective Communicator: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment with excellent communication skills.
