Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving this transformation by developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions, particularly in the realm of generative AI.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineers and product managers to define requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.
- Stay updated and innovate: Keep abreast of the latest developments in generative AI, actively follow open-source projects, and explore innovative AI technologies that can benefit the organization.
- Prototype and optimize: Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of AI solutions. Continuously optimize AI models and algorithms for efficiency and scalability.
- Knowledge sharing: Document architecture designs, algorithms, and best practices for knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to AI ambassadors in the organization, fostering their growth and development.

- Experienced in software engineering with a focus on generative AI.
- Intrigued by complex challenges and methodical in finding practical solutions.
- Prefer working in a collaborative environment, effectively communicating and discussing options.
- Constantly following tech news to integrate interesting developments into business solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience with generative AI.
- Proficiency in machine learning techniques, frameworks, big data, and programming languages.
- Proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
