Principal Frontend Engineer
About the Role
Join Spiffy AI as a Principal Frontend Engineer and lead the development of our consumer-facing dashboards, annotation tools, and other web components. You will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling clean, performant, and beautiful UIs that transform complex problems into intuitive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Frontend Development: Architect, build, and scale our consumer-facing dashboards and web components.
- Own Big Pieces of Code: Manage large features end-to-end, taking full ownership of planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate and Mentor: Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to integrate seamless APIs and create holistic user experiences. Mentor junior engineers to help them grow and thrive.
- Innovate on User Experience: Create stunning, user-centric interfaces that drive exceptional B2C UX.
- Adapt and Problem-Solve: Work in a fast-moving startup environment, facing diverse challenges and making impactful decisions daily.

- Senior Frontend Specialist: With 6+ years of professional experience, you are a seasoned JavaScript, React, and Node.js engineer.
- Leader and Mentor: You enjoy mentoring junior engineers and leading technical projects.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive in the startup world and have experience working in early-stage companies.
- UX-Centric Builder: Passionate about designing and developing intuitive, elegant UIs.
