About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a backend focus to join our AI innovation team. This role is pivotal in developing and enhancing our AI-powered features across the Front product suite. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance product features.
- Develop in a JavaScript environment, with a strong focus on TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Deploy AI-powered features for our users, such as AI Tagging and AI Answers.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end, often with minimal cross-functional involvement.
- Explore backend areas including infrastructure, search, and persistence layers.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven industry experience in building fast, reliable, and real-time web applications.
- Product-minded with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to understand trade-offs between different engineering solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with full-stack architectural patterns of large-scale web applications.
- Experience with various persistence layers (SQL/NoSQL, search, graph, cache).
- Knowledge of modern web technologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Interest in AI and ML technologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs and Vector Databases.
- Familiarity with managing complex data models at scale.
