About the Role
Join Jerry, a pre-IPO startup, as a Product Lead for our new B2B GenAI platform, Propelix. This role is pivotal in driving the product development and success of our earliest customers. You will report directly to our COO and collaborate with leaders who have scaled companies like Nvidia, Nerdwallet, and Robinhood.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Implementation: Own and execute the implementation process for early Propelix customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Customer Insights: Gather and utilize customer insights to identify and build new features, integrations, and processes that drive customer success and growth.
- Product Management: Manage all aspects of the B2B Propelix product to establish it as a leading GenAI prompt engineering platform within the insurance industry.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience, ideally a mix of structured problem-solving experience (MBB, VC, or PE) followed by product development at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup.
- Skills: Strong systems thinking, initiative, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.
