About the Role
Scale AI is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our innovative team focused on Generative AI. This role involves building intuitive ML-assisted tooling for generating human data, data quality measurement platforms, and AI researcher-facing products. You will lead product initiatives across engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams, owning the end-to-end product development process.
Responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives across multiple departments.
- Own end-to-end product development from understanding customer pain points to managing development and launches.
- Have a direct impact on the company's revenue.
Requirements
- Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
- Working knowledge of SQL and some coding skills, preferably in Python.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $124,000 — $148,800 USD based on location and experience.
- Equity compensation subject to Board of Director approval.
