Senior Product Manager, Nursing AI Tools

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of next-generation AI tools for nursing. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in inpatient conversations and supporting nurses, who are integral to the care team. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, design, machine learning, and clinical experts, as well as external partners, to deliver innovative features from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage Product Lifecycle: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product strategies and roadmaps using data and research.
• Enhance User Adoption: Propose new initiatives to improve user adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Keep team members and stakeholders updated on roadmap prioritization and decisions.
• Product Strategy Development: Engage with the organization to identify, prioritize, and structure product strategy for the Nursing initiative.
• Methodology Implementation: Support the product team in implementing methodologies, tools, and systems to enhance visibility, efficiency, and productivity.
• Customer and Partner Engagement: Cultivate relationships with customers and partners to drive organizational goals and integrate feature ideas within the strategic context.
• Technical Evaluation: Evaluate technical trade-offs and facilitate discussions with scientists and engineers on AI systems.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations related to healthcare data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building, shipping, and enhancing SaaS products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in developing products using natural language processing (NLP).
• Clinical background or experience with clinical products, particularly in the nursing sector.
• Previous startup experience and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for team retreats and collaborative sessions.

Compensation

• Salary: €175,000 - €225,000 per year
