About the Opportunity
Join Jerry, a pre-IPO startup, as a Data Scientist focused on User Growth. This role is pivotal in scaling our customer base from 5 million to 50 million and driving our business to a $5 billion valuation. You will report to the VP of Data Science and Analytics and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- User Acquisition: Define, understand, and test strategies to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition across paid and organic channels.
- Experimentation: Design, run, and analyze A/B experiments across different channels, extract key insights, and share learnings to inform growth marketing investment decisions.
- Data Analysis: Build key reports, dashboards, and predictive models to monitor the performance of our marketing channels and make data-driven recommendations.
- Data Transformation: Transform and refine raw production data to meet analytical needs.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, data science, or growth analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar machine learning programming languages).
