Remote Full Stack Engineer (C#, React.js, .NET)

About the Role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team at Capital on Tap. This is a remote position based in Poland, where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial technology solutions that empower small businesses. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in building robust and scalable credit card and payment products using .NET and React.js technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Software: You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from writing the first line of code to deploying and monitoring applications in production. Your work will ensure that our software remains robust, scalable, and user-friendly.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and other Software Engineers to deliver high-quality products. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams will be crucial in aligning technical solutions with business goals.

• Implement Testing Practices: Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and performance of our software. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our codebase.

• Troubleshoot and Debug: Be prepared to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in our software. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our systems.

• Stay Updated with Technology Trends: We encourage our engineers to continuously learn and explore new technologies. You will have the freedom to research and implement new tools and practices that can enhance our products.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, React.js, and SQL Server.
• Testing Practices: Strong understanding of unit and integration testing.
• Agile Development: Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Team Player: A proactive, supportive, and collaborative team member.
• Passion for Learning: A keen interest in learning new skills and technologies.

Interview Process

1. Introductory Call: A 30-minute introduction and CV review with our Talent Partner.
2. Technical Interview: A 45-minute technical discussion with the Team Manager.
3. Code Pairing and Values Interview: A 90-minute coding session followed by a 30-minute values interview.
