About the Role

Aeroflow Healthcare is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Frontend React Software Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative software engineering team. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates in the EST time zone. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our digital products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Product Teams: Work closely with tech leads and product teams to prioritize and implement feature requests in an Agile environment.
• Design and Develop Frontend Applications: Utilize React, TypeScript, and Next.js to design, develop, test, and deploy frontend applications.
• Lead and Contribute to Projects: Take on leadership roles or contribute as an individual developer to both web-based and mobile-based projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Develop Reusable Components: Drive the development and enhancement of reusable components and scalable frontend solutions.
• Code Reviews and Process Improvement: Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Compliance and Confidentiality: Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, particularly regarding HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in frontend development using React and 1+ years in JavaScript development.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
• Problem Solving: Ability to support and debug frontend applications in a production environment.
• Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Environment: Experience working in high-volume environments with complex technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise: Expert-level experience with JavaScript.
• Architecture: Familiarity with microservices and serverless functions.
• Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior or mid-level developers.
• Project Management: Experience working with cross-functional teams to manage complex technical projects.
